Beginning 1893, Registered Envelopes were issued with flaps on the right side, as illustrated.
Flaps of 4 Pence issues from 1880 to 1892 on the left side of the envelope.
Beginning 1891, its value reduced from 4 PENCE to THREE PENCE.
The 3 Pence value remaind constant until the last issue of 1904.
