1857 MAY 5: YCTLAN to GUADALAJARA
2 Reales green combined with "2" Reales marking to indicate that 
it was the proper postage paid by the stamp.

These markings were not required but the example illustrate the lack of understanding
of the new rules that went into effect with the introduction of postage stamps.


1857 MARCH 31: TEPIC to GUADALAJARA
2 Reales green x 3 and 4 Reales red for 10 Reales rate.


1859: MEXICO to FRANCE
2 Reales green paying internal postage to Vera Cruz.
Circulated via London and Calais. 
Struck with GB/1F60c accountancy marking.
