Perforation 12 added on the edges to turn it into a Letter Card.
Quantity: 6,000 cards.

Card verso overprinted in italics with the text
“This card will be accepted only for local service, and should be deposited precisely in the proper office.”

It is presumed that the other half of the card is used would have been
dispatched as an ordinary postal card.
