Row A: 1)  Both "C" thick, the upper one leaning to the left and the lower one closer to the   right of the circle.
2)  Close spacing between "L" of "POSTAL" and "U" of  "UNIVERSAL".
3)  Both "C" very thick, the bottom "C" with tight opening. 
4)  Upper "1" with long barb. Close spacing between "N" of "UNION" and "P" of "POSTAL".
5) Inverted "V" for "A" in "SALVADOR".
Row B:  6)  Volcano smoke is one bent line. 
7) White diagonal line on the water above the "C" of "REPUBLICA".
8) White line on barb of bottom "1" that touches the circle. 
9) The "O" in "POSTAL" very well formed.
10) Both "C" thick and inclined to the left. Upper "1" thick and tall.
Row C: 11) Bottom "C" very thick and to the right of the circle. The circle touching the oval frame.
12) Inverted "V for "A" in "REPUBLICA". 
13) Upper "C" thick, on the right of the circle but leaning to the left.
14) Inverted "V" for "A" in  "UNIVERSAL". 
15)  Upper "1" short and thick and the lower "1" thin and tall.
