of fifteen different engravings and repeating  the first two strips to complete the pane.

with position 14 having the "V" for "A" in "UNIVERSAL".

1c (Type 13) with 5c x 2 issues for 11c single outbound rate. Intaglio star cancels
alongside February 17 cds. Received New York, March 7.
1884 SIXTH  PRINTING

Printed In  blue green and on fine grain paper.
Produced by first two strips of ten  different engravings
and repeating  the two strips plus the second strip to complete the pane.

SIXTH PRINTING CHARACTERISTICS

Identical to Rows A and B of the 1879 First Printing with positions 5 and 15
with inverted V" for "A" in "SALVADOR".
