was practically bankrupt at the end of 1897.

Reyna Barrios (became president in 1892) was assassinated in Feb 1898.

Unadopted 10c rose on wove paper and 10c light blue on laid paper
with oval portrait of General Justo Rufino Barrios.

Exist on both wove and laid paper.
