1919 3p Emblem and 1924 2.50p Montufar on verso, both tied with dispatch cds and MADRID / 7 ABR 25 arrival postmark. 
Overprinted  in two lines and in two different type size with
“CORREOS NACIONALES / SERVICIO INTERIOR”.

There is no documentary evidence on the overprints and their purpose.
Most likely used for notices such as arrival of money orders and parcel posts from abroad.
